My name is Dawna, I am a 36 year old woman living in the Dayton, Ohio area. I am married and have 2 children, whom I adore. I was born near Philadelphia, PA and spent my formidible years in North Orange County in CA. I hated every moment of living in California and moved the first chance I got. Which took me to the state of Ohio. I adore living in the midwest and have no plans of ever leaving.

My beliefs are my own, I identify as a Pagan, however, I am not Wiccan. I have a lot of "strange beliefs", and am very open minded to the paranormal. I believe in psychics, ghosts, UFO's, vampires, and the tooth faerie (just to name a few ) ;)

I am very much interested in music. My major in college was music. No I didn't finish college but it is and always will be my first love. My music tastes are very eclectic. I love everything from metal, to classical, to new age, to pop.. you name it, I probably love it.

I collect lots of things, I have a shot glass collection that I started when I was 21 or so. I do need to start adding to the collection though. I only have maybe 20 of them. Sad collector I am. I am also an avid collector of BPAL and perfume oils from various other e-tailers (one of my favorites is Possets).

I've been online since 1996 or so. Around the block, under many names, frequenting many places. Finding my niche and meeting all sorts of cool and interesting people along the way. I've had a few relationships from the interwebs that were nightmares really. A few that I cherish too. One of those is my husband. Yes, I met my husband online. We have been together for almost 10 years now. Yes, you can meet the love of your life online. I'm living proof :)

I started journalling sometime in early 2001. I used to journal in public but it just didn't turn out to be the best thing for me. I found LiveJournal in mid 2001 and have been there ever since. My journal really is the best way to get to know me, and who I am. I use it as a journal and as a way to connect to those around me. If you wish to read my journal, you will need to create an account there as my journal entries are locked to friends-only.

I am sure you are wondering about the domain name thesinwithin.com. It originated from an old username that I used to go by online, back in the days of the dinosaurs. When I transitioned from the use of online "handles" to just using my name (well, a variant of it :P) I simply never bothered changing the domain name and well, its been around for going on 10 years now so it stays for a while longer. Eventually I will move onto my other domain name, one that fits me better, but until I do there will always be a little sin within me :)

Lastly, about my cam. Yes, I know I am overweight. No I don't care if you think I shouldn't be on cam. I dont cam for you, I cam because it is fun. I rarely ever get on cam. It is just a fun little thing to do when I am bored. That said, thank you for visiting my site. :)
